The derelicts sure won't be harmed by people touching them. I will have some set up to just sew paper - that way nobody gets thread tangled for me to undo. There are some machines that aren't all there and might work for that. Some of the idea is just to get people to try something out. The paper is a lot of fun for kids and they can walk away any time their parents are ready to go. Most of the time the kids want to stay longer than the parents. I don't know if this event is for kids or adults. No idea.
