Baby Bed Bedding
When my daughter and her husband priced baby bedding, they were shocked. Even the ones they liked on etsy ran $300-$400. I told them I would try making the bedding if they found fabric they liked. My son-in-law showed me a picture of the elephant fabric and I was able to order online, so I got busy. My son-in-law designed the bedding, deciding which fabric went where. I did purchase the foam for the bumper pads, but after reading about their connection to SIDS, we decided to not make bumper pads.
My son-in-law has not got seen the finished quilt and the crib skirt that I have completed so far since I just finished binding the blanket. I think my quilter did a great job. I'll be surprising him with it at the baby shower on Sunday.
