Having ecsema, you have to be very careful what you use on your hands.

I make homemade soap and bath and body stuff, and I also recommend using pine tar soap to wash with...it's stinky, but is very effective for sensitive flare-ups. As a cream, avoid ANYTHING with color or scent...unfragranced only!!!

I would recommend Aquaphilic cream with urea...you can get it at Wal-Mart in the pharmacy section, in a plainly labeled tub. SLATHER it on your hands before bed, and then, put some gloves or mittens on. When you wake up, you'll have nice hands, ready to quilt!!!
