I have a Magnolia bush which my sister in law and family gave me when my husband died. I also have, in that area, a bird bath, bird feeders and I can sit there and sew away and watch the birds enjoying their day. Will be putting up an "oasis" this winter with a few more shepherd's crooks and hang more bird feeders, suet feeders and hangers for peanut butter and oranges and apples! We are on the top of a hill and I can see neighbors walking by and waving to them and cars and bikers. It is a neat place to be and when I need a bit of a break, I take my little Bungee chair from Target and slide over to the Yamaha Klavinova and play for a bit and limber up those old fingers and then go back to my sewing.
