Default Singer 128 attachments, vs. other vintage Low Shank.

I was messing with the old HC 28 (Great Britain), and put a modern swiveling foot on it. It did ruffling all by itself! Problem is the feed dogs are shorter, and don't come back as far under the presser bar, compared to the 27 Sphinx treadle, I have also been messing with. The good side is, you can easily stitch 1/8" from the edge, if you wanted to. Miniature quilts?
