I take an annual summer vacation from quilting just before Memorial Day and it continues until October or so. Living in the north east, there are many days, weeks and months of being inside so once the weather is decent, I find any excuse to enjoy being out in it. I have returned to the sewing room rather reluctantly in the early a.m., before it's warm enough to enjoy spending time outside. All too soon, these beautiful days will be over.
