I live in Santa Rosa but I haven't been paying attention to that line of fabric. Might try calling over to Quilted Angel in Petaluma - they're the biggest quilt shop in this area that I know of, so they might carry it...?

Beverly's might also carry it; there are two locations near me - one in Santa Rosa & one in Rohnert Park. I searched their site and their site lists Fairy Frost, so that's a good indicator (but no guarantee) that they'll have it in the shops. Here's the number & hours:
