Actually Madame, I believe that “kick foot” in the listing is referring to the type of presser foot feed on the machine. It appears that the machine is in an electric power stand instead of a manual treadle stand.
I’ve not ever heard them called a kick foot, but early alternating presser foot machines similar to the one listed were sometimes called “Jump Foot” feed machines. Instead of having the alternating inner and outer feet movement ran by gears, some of the old ones had a spring return system on one foot.
