If I wanted to make epp hexigons (hope that's the right wording) out of scraps, how do you cut them out? Do you just use scissors and cut around the paper? Use a ruler of some sort? I feel really dumb asking but have never done anything like this.
I cut squares and have extra fabric on the back. I am not going to hand quilt, and do not stitch thru the paper. I am using the Large Hexie punch from Fiskars for my papers and I think they are 5/8 inch.
