Thanks for the links. I do 2" hexies. I fold fabric strips in half lengthwise and press enough to hold it down. Then use my acrylic template and depending on the length of the fabric, I can quickly cut a lot of hexies. I have the paper templates wrapped in foil that get hot enough from ironing the 1/4" fold down. goes pretty quick so I can start sewing them together. Works for me.
