I just bought a Fiscars punch for cutting the templates. My hexies are 1.5 " so I use 2.5" fabric squares cut with the rotary cutter.
I thought the biggest Fiskar punch cuts 1" paper pieces..that's what I have.....use index cards, file folders, mail back cards in mags, old greeting cards.......
