Are you using Internet Explorer? Back Button Not Working? This is a bug in Internet Explorer. Click on Tools (or if you don't have the tool bar showing, click on the gear icon, Internet Options, then under Temporary Internet Files, click on Delete Files. Reboot your computer and try again.
