It has a Centennial badge but the serial number shows it as being allocated July 29, 1949 according to ISMACS. I was also thinking 99ks had reverse by then.

That's one of those machines where there was a period of time between the allocation date and the actual time the machine rolled off the assembly line. More common with the 301s, 401s, etc..
