Judy or anyone else, have you ever done the tiddlywinks pattern with the dark and light reversed?? I'm going to tear up a couple sheets of colored paper and try it to see what it does. Chefbwarner...more fabric than paper here....go for it in fabric....there is so much you can do with this block (ok, I have been playing with it) it can point in different directions or four can point into each other ...and that makes a secondary pattern.....and they can swarm around a center, etc.
