No, it wasn't a quilt kit --- or embroidery kit. It was just a flat embroidered piece that I thought could look a little better with some added quilting. There was only one of these pieces available, and it didn't have any tags on it, so I don't know how to tell you how to obtain one like it. I can mention that I have had many people who have asked to buy this one, and as much as I don't want to part with it..... I may be putting it on my blog one day. Still debating with myself.
