Use any funnel cake recipe that you like...just mix the dry ingredients and put them in a zip lock bag. On the bag write what liquids and the amount needed and combine dry and liquid ingredients when you are ready to prepare. I don't know which specific one you want. You may have to make up several batches to find the one you like. Google funnel cake recipes and you will find plenty to work with.
