Green tomato question
Not sure if this belongs here, but . . .
I pulled up all the dying tomato plants and gathered a bowl-ful of green tomatoes. I know people eat fried green tomatoes, but I never have. I am going to make the garlic-onion-zucchini-tomato stuff DH loves and I am wondering about adding the green tomatoes for extra veg content and so they don't go to waste. Any thoughts??
