Probably because the seller is trying to explain that this is an original panel printed by Springs. Looks like most of the stores are sold out of this panel on Quiltshops.com.

I don't think the value is $300.00 as she said but I suggest for you to think of what you want to pay and go with that amount. This is going to be a hot commodity for Xmas. Good Luck !!
