I have quilt blocks that my aunt and I made years ago. I finally got around to finish them and hand quilted them. Now what and how do I word a label? Do I put my name and aunts name or just Mama and Aunt Jo.

I will probably put Blocks made by? & ? in the 1960's- Quilted by ? in 2014

Does that sound right or do you have other ideas? Which will be greatly appreciated!
