Last one, I promise!

A better look at the TV cabinet. It's actually meant for use in a closet -- the little bins where I keep my FQs are actually shoe storage! My DH made a pull-out lazy susan for the TV so that it would be "aimed" at my chair and not the door! The bookcase to the right of the door has: his cookbooks + back issues of Cook's Illustrated and Cook's Country magazines; plastic salad mix containers filled with WIP; knitting patterns in file boxes; more cookbooks; and finally more plastic drawer units. The little thing leaning against the cabinet directly in front of you (under the window) is a wonderfully clever folding swift that my husband made for me for Christmas one year. I use it to hit the on/off switch on the power strip next to it, which lets me turn off light/sewing machine/iron all at once.
