This is what I use. I like the idea of the spindle things that can hang on the wall, but I worry about dust. I've got about five of these and I love them. Each spool has its own section and several wound bobbins can fit with its proper color.
After trying several different methods that did not work for me, I store mine in a box like this, also. I use the little soft elastic pony tail holders to keep the bobbins neat. Bought those at a discount store in a little bag that has so many, I'll probably never use all of them
