About sewing...
I read a quote the other day from Gloria Steinem about writing, and when I substitute 'writing' for 'sewing' it truly represents how I feel. Good thing too, because it's always nice to know people feel the same way! The quote goes something like this:
'Sewing' is the only thing I do that when I'm doing it, I don't feel like I should be doing something else.
Isn't that great?
Substitute quilting, gardening, cooking, running, or whatever you love. For me, that sentence is like a great big hug.
