Just chiming in with a different opinion I like the postcards however they appear the wear and tear of travel does not bother me. I belong to Postcrossing a postcard exchange site with people all over the world (purchased cards 99%of those in this swap prefer not to get homemade cards) anyway I love all the cards I receive but something about the well traveled ones just seems to tell that much more of the story. And I like having the postmark and stamp on the actual card.
However a card is sent to me I will be delighted to receive it.

I do agree with you. I would rather have a worn, well traveled card, with all the bumps and bruises to it. lol... It just gives it that oomph for me instead of like a perfect card like you buy. I will also like whatever card I get.
