It was amazingly good at everything and has the fastest motor I've seen on a domestic sewing machine. You have there a true bargain, and she will sew everything with German engineered exactness. Do you get the manual and pattern wheel? They're both available as downloads, the pattern wheel you might have to join the oldpfaffpforum on yahoo groups.
That machine goes for a minimum of $200 here in Australia, and probably more in the U.S. (and that's for the so-called 'portable' version).
