We got our first PC about 28 years ago I think. A Radio Shack TRS-80 (also called a "trash 80") :wink: Our son was about 13 and I remember having to go in and wake him up one night because we didn't know to get out of a doggone program so we could shut the blasted thing off!!! :oops:
Since then, I 've been to back to college, first AD, then BS, finally Masters so I have spent the last 8 years with a laptop in my lap. Now I have an I-Phone which keeps me internet connected all the time. I am on the road a lot and it really helps....Oh did I mention my hubby got me a netbook for Christmas to use with my embroidery machine and EQ6???
Yep, you are right...I guess it isn't so surprising that those of us in our 50's can be computer/technology savvy...hadn't thought of it that way.
