I just listened to a podcast where the podcaster sold a bunch of fabric on instagram. The podcaster is Allison Rosen, Within a Quarter Inch. She had a whole podcast on how she did it, what hashtags, how to package and ship, how to get paid. I don't see why it couldn't work for finished items. She sold a lot of her fabric.
