TG....I had chuckle from reading this post...I have learned so much about quilting from this group. I am working on the sashing ---- sewing my Boom blocks into a quilt top. I too will stay to definite 1/4" seam, perfect the HST and each block will be a 12 1/2 inches square.

A note to the first-timers - January 2013 was my first Boom. Such a "rookie" I was. Not only am I a much better quilter now....I am mastering the art of block-making, creating my own designs. You gotta" love these Boomers!
