We always have smooth mashed potatoes with sauteed onions and celery plus a couple of eggs.
This was stuffed in the turkey when cold and extra put in a dish and put in the oven for the last hour or half hour with the cooking turkey. Served with gravy of course!
We never had bread stuffing. Always have sweet potatoes too!
Too bad I'm not cooking this year.
