Default my little red tractor..

Here is the quilt I made for my friends new baby, George. it is 38x42

I had a little trouble as the pattern called for the seams to be pressed opened and I have never pressed open on a quilt before, just always pressed to the dark side. I kept burning my fingers as I was pressing, so ask some of you ladies here how they did there pressing opened, everyone was a big help and by the time I finished the quilt top I was able to press without burning my fingers yaaa Thanks ladies..

The pattern is from countedquilt.com...she has some really cute quilts for kids, i am not connected to her in any way just bought the pattern from her. I thought if anyone wanted the pattern you would know where to go to get it..She does have some really cute pattern for kids quilts. They are marked easy but it was a little hard for me, but that's just me..The second one was much easier to get done that one will go to the hospital for a new baby..

Thanks for looking...
