update: Cathy(Mizkaki) was kind enough to donate a parlor treadle mounting bracket, so I was able to rig this up.
Here is the bracket and pedal mounted to a 1/4" board installed.

It only uses the original holes to secure to the board to the treadle so I am not making any new holes.

The only issue is that the foot pedal and the drive wheel are at 90deg to one another. Because of this I have to fabricate an adapter that works similar to my Politype with the same configuration. This and the fabrication of a wooden pitman is this weekend. updates to follow.
