Dumb question of the year here (remember, I'm a senior blonde!): we have to have Thanksgiving dinner around noon, my DIL & DGS both have to work at 4. My stove has the auto start time. If I put the turkey in the oven the night before and set the auto timer won't the turkey spoil? Doesn't it have to be refrigerated? Would we all get food poisoning? Or should I just plan to get up early and bake it the regular way? I don't understand how you can do auto start baking of stuff without it going bad. Or am I nuts? (Don't answer that one LOL!)
