I bought them at
http://www.tristan.bc.ca/ several years ago when there were different colors to choose from. The Tre Stelle Egyptian Cotton thread is the same thread as Aurifil, I can't tell any difference. Tristan is clearing out the Aurifil threads so not many left. I haven't seen the big cones anywhere else to buy.
