Here's a recipe for Irish Soda Bread made in the Bread Machine. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds great.
1 T buttermilk powder
3 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 T sugar
1/2 cup raisins (add at the beep)
2 T oleo
1 cup water
2 tsp yeast
