I have a manager that used to give me grief about my desk. It drove him crazy that I had such a messy desk but usually had the best production records on a consistent basis. When his boss came down for an audit one time, he was told to leave me alone, it was obvious my work spoke for itself and he said the Einstein quote. My sewing room is usually messy as a I work, but I clear it up when I finish a project. It's just the way I am and my husband is the opposite.
