Isn't this the one that has a domestic size harp -- about 9"? Most people who start out with that size for frame quilting quickly realize its limitations and want to upgrade. Towards the end of a queen size quilt, for example, you have only about 3" of depth to work with (because the roll under the arm becomes so big it limits your sewing area). However, if your intent is to use this setup for quilting meanders and loops, it could be worthwhile for you. Just don't expect to be able to do pantographs that are 8" deep on large quilts; might be able to do that size on toddler size quilts or throws, though.
