I also think they may have grapped the wromg bolt.
however - I have had some 42 inch fabfic shrink to 39 inches, so it is possible.
I would consider that much shrinkag to be defectivr. I think I would call again and ask for anager or supervixor. how would one know it would shtink like that by looking at it? do you still have the paperwork ?
