I have one of these. It is heavy and sturdy along with a great price. I think you can have it shipped to your home but then you will have to put it together. I put mine together and if there is one (of many) thing(s) I am not, it is a carpenter. I read the instructions and off I went with the screwdriver in hand.
If someone was really handy they could probably cut a place in the top for the machine and add one of the lifts.
