I feel what you feel! My dog did the same to a quilt that I was working on a few years ago and I had to put it aside for a long time before I could take it out and repair it. Yes, I know that feeling...What's comforting about your tree skirt injury is that it is not the tree skirt itself that is damaged and you have the scope to complete the tree skirt without too much hassle?
