Strips can be 1 1/2 FINISHED strips that have been cut at 2".
The total size of the block that has the design in it is 10 3/4" by 7 1/2" before sewn. I have already added 1/4 inch for the seam.
I am probably making this harder than it is. But for some reason today I just can't get it. I keep coming up with different measurements for the center block.
