Have you ever made a T shirt quilt? Do you know what you are getting into? Many people enjoy making quilts for others, me, not so much. I just tell people they can't afford me. I don't want to make a job of my hobby! I'm not sure how you charge for the "design" time. But you may have a good basis at $30.00 per square.
I agree with Nammie. If you have never made one, there are a lot of problems that you need to know about when making one of these quilts. They become quite heavy along with backing the t-shirt with fusible so they won't be stretchy as you piece them into a quilt.
