I prefer to purchase kits....HOwever, I do not like the kits where the fabric is precut. I have not had any luck with these kits. I have purchased many kits from Keepsake Quiling and have never been disappointed. I have also purchased from other online stores and will do it again. If it is the colors and pattern I like then I get it. I now stay away from precut fabric. No room for error and if they have made an error you are scooped.
