The easiest way to get a hand crank machine is to assemble one. Get a 15 clone, then go to Sew-Classic and buy a spoked hand wheel, hand crank, and bobbin winder. Then swap out the parts and you'll have one.

I have a 99K set up as a hand crank. Works pretty darn good.
