I only recognized about 7 of the fabrics in this quilt. There are so many. I quilted feathers in concentric squares to really bring out her layout. Because of the way it is constructed, some lights are in the darks and darks in the lights. So it confused my eye. The quilting gave a wonderful modern wholecloth design on the back Her asymetric layout is what made it look modern.

It is a warm inviting quilt but huge 105" x 120. I hope Carol likes it as much as I do.
