After cooling 2 hours in the open oven it is as good as it's going to get. I will let you know how it tastes tomorrow. I had it in a water bath too but it still cracked during cooking. I don't know if it is due to the choc. Cream cheese or not. My family won't care if it's cracked as long as it tastes good.
