8 servings

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream (or use all mayo)

1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli (or broccoli-cauliflower mix)
8 ounces shredded SHARP cheddar cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 pinches paprika
bread stuffing mix
melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix condensed soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, egg and onion.
Break up the frozen broccoli in a large bowl.
Add soup mixture to broccoli, and mix well.
Sprinkle on cheese, seasonings, and mix well.
Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole. MAKE AHEAD TO THIS POINT.
Blend bread stuffing mix with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in the preheated oven.

I can testify this is a fabulous recipe!! Every time I take this to a potluck every morsel is eaten!!!!
