I am diabetic and prefer to eat less of something than something that doesn't taste good. You are much better off asking your friend what she likes. High fiber like oatmeal cookies are good. If you go one the website for the American Diabetic Assoc. you can usually find some good ideas. Or google diabetic recipes. A friend gave me a jar of mixed nuts from Sees Chocolates one year - that was great. Assorted cheese and cracker platter is good too.
