I'm with Miriam - too far to drive! It's not for hemstitching - that machine is way more complicated looking!
Though the stand that goes with this machine is very similar, I have it out of the box but not assembled yet.
DH said he'd love to get a buttonhole machine, or one that does bar tacks.
