Thanks, Barb and everyone! Here is a blurry picture of my 2 1/4" feet. I want one for straight stitch and don't want to adjust my needle position, etc. for the frequent (a few inches) changes I need to make.
The plastic one is a little better and I can at least see thru it. It's just so much easier to hop to the other side of the seam and reverse than to turn the quilt around and reposition it. I'm about to echo quilt a Hunter's Star, super King size and this would be soooo handy to do! I'll check with the glass store and see if they can trim or sand the plastic one. Will let you know!
