Miriam, In this case that Jon is referring to, it did not matter that the time had expired for returns. I had purchased mine 6 months ago. First, I called the co. I purchased them from, then when the standard email came from Returns dept covering their a-- by stating the return policy, I told them it was in their best interest to accept the return so the manufacturer could identify the extent of the defect. Diamond Needles, the US distributor for Organ had to make the decision in this case. They accepted the needles.
