My bil makes stuffed jalepeno peppers on the grill. They're called Armadillo eggs. You cut the peppers in half, scoop out all the seeds and take off the stem. Fill with cream cheese, wrap in bacon. Set them in a foil lined pan and then close the foil up around them. Pop on the grill until bacon is done. They can be pretty spicy depending on the peppers, but they are yummy!!!
